Among Us is a world-known multiplayer social deduction game. The game is like the game of “Mafia”, but in space.
A small group of astronauts (4-10 people) got into trouble: the spaceship is broken and they are plenty of tasks that need to be done. However, there are some imposters on the ship. So if you are the normal peaceful astronaut, you have to do some tasks around the ship. Also, don’t forget that there are some imposters around, so you should pay attention to every other player. And if you are an imposter, you have to pretend to do some tasks as well as peaceful astronauts and murder them without causing any suspicion.
The graphics of one of the most popular games right now are not what you’d expect. They are very simple. But the 2D format with its cartoony aesthetic has some indie game charm. The graphics and animation of the game have the atmosphere of the mid-2000s games and we find it pretty nostalgic.
After playing the same game with the same people you’re most likely to get bored at some point. If you already know everybody on your team too well and can say when the person is lying immediately, it won’t be interesting to play. But you can always play with some other team. It can be your friends or just some random people online.
Play it if you like social deduction games and you are a fan of the 2000s style. It is also a good game to play with friends.
